372 Un-confirmed Minutes of an Ordinary Meeting of the Silverdale Children’s Playground Charity Trustees held in the Silverdale Institute on Thursday, 5th May 2016.
373 Present: Chairman – T.G. (Terry) Bond, Councillors J. (John) Bennett, A.J. (Tony) Houghton, K. (Keith) Palmer, (Nigel) Ribbons and D. (David) Sandiford, the Clerk – L.D. (Denise) Challenor, the Deputy Clerk – S.D. (Sue) Hayward and one member of the public.

375 Minutes of Previous Meeting
The Minutes of the Ordinary meeting of the Playground Charity Trustees held on Monday, 1st February 2016 were approved then signed by the Chairman.
376 Receipt of Information about Matters Arising from the Minutes of Previous Meetings, not Covered by the Agenda
No information received.
377 Receipt of Declarations of Trustees’ Interests Relating to any Items Appearing on the Agenda
None.
378 Inspection Report/ Repairs
It was noted that Councillor Bennett had replaced the end caps to the protruding bolts on the cargo net, Mr Stefan Laws had replaced the strip of wood to the aerial slide and Playdale had replaced the roof panels to the tower structure. It was further noted that Lancaster City Council’s (Lancaster CC) inspection report (of 29th March) had been circulated by email.
379 Annual Accounts
RESOLVED to approve the annual accounts for 2015/16 which had been circulated to the Trustees. The amount held as at 31st March 2016 was £165.59.
380 Matters raised by Members of the Public for Future Consideration
The member of the public reported that the bins had not been emptied by Lancaster CC and, as they were overflowing, he had emptied them. The Trustees were asked to remind Lancaster CC that the bins need emptying after Bank Holiday weekends.
381 Date of Next Meeting
It was noted that the date of the next meeting is Monday, 4th July 2016.
