500   Proposal by Silverdale Parish Council

The proposal of Silverdale Parish Council to take over the Charities financial responsibilities including the provision of insurance cover was considered by the Trustees and it was RESOLVED to accept the proposal.

It was noted that no date has been set yet.

Trustees are hereby summoned, and members of the public are invited, to a Meeting of the Charity 521323 Trustees, on 4th March 2019 following the Parish Council Meeting, in the Silverdale Institute, Spring Bank, Silverdale, for the purposes detailed in the following Agenda:

1.    To receive apologies for absence.

2.    To receive declarations of Members’ interests relating to any items appearing on the agenda.

3.    To confirm, sign and date the Minutes of the meeting of the 4th September 2017.

4.    To hear matters raised by Members of the Public for future consideration. Note: Members of the Council are not permitted to respond, except to ask questions for the purposes of clarification only.

5.    To Consider Silverdale Parish Council’s proposal to take over the Charities financial responsibilities  including the provision of  insurance cover.

6.    To note the next meeting of the Trustees is not yet set.
