254 Un-confirmed Minutes of an Extraordinary Meeting of the Silverdale Children’s Playground Charity Trustees held in the Silverdale Institute on Monday, 2nd December 2013.
255 Present: Vice Chairman – A.J. (Tony) Houghton, Councillors H.M.E. (Harriet) Bradfield, S.L. (Shirley) Mason, K. (Keith) Palmer, N. (Nigel) Ribbons and P.N. (Paul) Williams, Clerk – L.D. (Denise) Challenor, the Deputy Clerk – S.D. (Sue) Hayward and no members of the public.

257 Minutes of Previous Meeting
The Minutes of the Extraordinary meeting of the Playground Charity Trustees held on Monday, 7th October 2013 were approved then signed by the Vice Chairman.

None.
259 Receipt of Declarations of Trustees’ Interests Relating to any Items Appearing on the Agenda

260 Matters Raised by Members of the Public for Future Consideration
None.
261 Inspection Report
It was noted that Lancaster City Council’s quarterly inspection report had been received and that the balance beam is rotten at the fixing point. RESOLVED that Councillor Ribbons would check this.
262 Repairs
It was noted that Mr Neil Pharoah (ex Envirocare) still has some end caps; RESOLVED that the Clerk try and contact him regarding these.
263 Fundraising
It was noted that a quiz had been held at the Silverdale Hotel in aid of the Charity and that £152 had been raised which Councillor Ribbons handed to the Clerk for payment into the Playground Charity account.
264 Date of Next Meeting
It was noted that the date of the next meeting is Monday, 3rd March 2014.
