133 Un-confirmed Minutes of an Extraordinary Meeting of the Silverdale Children’s Charity Trustees held in the Silverdale Institute on Thursday, 10th May 2012.
134 Present: Chairman – Councillor T.G. (Terry) Bond, Councillors H.M.E. (Harriet) Bradfield, A.J. (Tony) Houghton, S.L. (Shirley) Mason, K. (Keith) Palmer, N. (Nigel) Ribbons, P.N. (Paul) Williams and A. (Angela) Woods, the Clerk L.D. (Denise) Challenor, the Deputy Clerk – S.D. (Sue) Hayward and one member of the public.

136 Minutes of Previous Meeting
The Minutes of the Extraordinary meeting of the Playground Charity Trustees held on Monday, 2nd April 2012 were approved then signed by the Chairman.
137 Receipt of Information about Matters Arising from the Minutes of Previous Meetings, not Covered by the Agenda
The Clerk referred to item 89 (1st August 2011), regarding finance, and reported that the payment to Playdale had been recorded incorrectly – the amount was duly amended to £126.00 then signed by the Chairman.
138 Receipt of Declarations of Trustees’ Interests Relating to any Items Appearing on the Agenda

139 Matters Raised by Members of the Public for Future Consideration
None.
140 Finance
RESOLVED to authorize payment and sign the cheque for the following account:
Lancaster City Council (Lancaster CC) (playground repairs) £136.80 (008)
141 Zip Wire
RESOLVED that the Clerk order the part necessary to repair the zip wire from Playdale (it was noted that Councillor Ribbons might be able to arrange collection) and ask Lancaster CC to quote for carrying out the necessary work.
142 Date of Next Meeting
It was noted that the date of the next meeting is Monday, 2nd July 2012.
